        Plans

        How can I determine how many language credits I need?
        Each language credit represents one hour of service, adjusted according to the complexity, language, and type of project. Unused language credits may be rolled over for up to 12 months, and additional credits can be either purchased or added with a plan upgrade.
        How do loyalty credits work?
        PRO and PLUS plans include loyalty credits that can be applied to your next renewal within three months counting from the end of the period. For instance, renewing a PRO plan in March after purchasing in January adds 1 loyalty credit to the 5 language credits, totaling 6. If renewal occurs after three months, the loyalty credit expires.
        What does post-project support include?
        Support continues after your project is complete, covering follow-up questions, a set number of revisions, and assistance with any additional requests within the specified period. This ensures the final deliverables meet expectations and allow for smooth adjustments or clarifications as needed.

        Available Services

        What if my project is outside the listed fields?
        Projects spanning various domains, such as legal-financial documents or technical texts related to law, can be managed directly. Medicine, literature, and video game localization are outside the core focus, but I can recommend trusted specialists as needed.

        Which language services do you not offer?
        Certified and sworn translations, editorial design, subtitling, dubbing, interpreting, and SEO or CRO services are not part of my direct offerings. For these requirements, I collaborate with trusted specialists to provide a comprehensive solution tailored to your project.

        Payments and Terms

        How and when do I pay for the services?
        First-time clients pay in advance. For returning clients, a 50% deposit confirms your order, with the balance due within 30 days of delivery. Kickstart, Pro, and Plus plans require full payment upfront each month. Bank transfer to a Spanish account is preferred; other payment options are available on request.
        How does billing work for urgent or weekend/holiday projects?
        If you need language services on short notice or during weekends and holidays, rush projects incur an additional surcharge. Payment terms for urgent requests typically require full payment upfront, with expedited turnaround and clear timelines confirmed before work begins. Surcharges, if any, are clearly stated in your quote, so you know exactly what to expect for time-sensitive projects.
        How is VAT applied?
        All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. If you are based in Spain, a 21% VAT is added for both individuals and companies. For clients in other EU countries, VAT is exempt for businesses registered as intra-Community operators; otherwise, Spanish VAT at 21% is charged. Clients outside the EU are not subject to VAT. Please note that language training services are fully VAT-exempt.
